MOLSIS Inc. was established in December 2016 to succeed the scientific software business previously conducted by Ryoka Systems Inc. for nearly 30 years.
Effective April 1, 2017, with the agreement of all business partners, MOLSIS officially took over Ryoka's operations. All license agreements for the software products sold by Ryoka have been transferred to MOLSIS, and former Ryoka staff have joined MOLSIS to continue serving our customers.
Our company name, MOLSIS, is derived from the words "Molecular Simulation and Informatics Systems" reflecting our business focus. Building on decades of experience from Ryoka Systems Inc., we maintain strong relationships with many software vendors who possess cutting-edge technology. Our customer base is extensive, spanning from academia to industries in both the Material Science and Life Science sectors. We are not just a local distributor; we are a professional partner, bridging the gap between software products and customer needs.
